Assistant Spa Manager
Wellness Skin Bar is a new modern, lifestyle-driven skin studio focused on confidence, energy, and real results. We’re building a fast-paced, elevated skin bar experience—and we’re looking for passionate estheticians who want to grow with a new concept. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR A licensed esthetician (Virginia license required) Passionate about skin, results, and client experience Confident, professional, and reliable Comfortable in a fast-paced, modern environment Open to learning advanced skin technologies A team player with positive energy New graduates with the right attitude are welcome. - Ensure all spa systems and procedures are followed
- Assist with hiring and training staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
- Previous management experience is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
